Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must include original packaging such as boxes, tags, and dust bags (if applicable).

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Perfumes that have been opened or used

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please request a return and place a new order.


How to Start a Return

Be sure to include your order number and the reason for return in your message.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
